Save It for Therapy, is a self-love infused multifaceted company that offers counseling, training, consulting, and notary services. Our mission is to spread the message of self-love and promote the wellbeing of all through mental health awareness. We believe in meeting people where they are in order to best serve them while focusing on learning, healing, and growth.
Save It for Therapy uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.

Cassie N. Shropshire is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), and the founder of Save It for Therapy. Licensed in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, she has spent the past decade supporting individuals, professionals, and organizations as they navigate the complexities of mental health.
But more than titles and credentials, Cassie is someone who believes that people deserve a space where they can be human first.
Her work is rooted in the idea that growth doesn’t require perfection, just a willingness to show up. Whether she’s sitting with someone in a therapy session, leading a workshop, or supporting a developing clinician through supervision, Cassie creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to move forward in a way that feels aligned.
Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, real conversation, and a deep understanding of burnout, identity, and the weight people often carry silently.
At the core of everything she does is a simple intention:
to leave people better than she found them.
If you’ve made it this far, you’re already showing up for yourself. There’s a place for you here.
